    Zware woorden van Europees Commissievoorzitter Jean-Claude Juncker en Europees president Donald Tusk na afloop van de Europese top vrijdag. Dat de 28 lidstaten geen groen licht gegeven hebben voor het opstarten van toetredingsgesprekken met Noord-Macedonië en Albanië, noemt Juncker 'een zware historische vergissing'. Tusk is naar eigen zeggen beschaamd.
