France is also, but I guess it's not because of native French people. Tbh, I can't understand why Hungarians are like that. It's not smth Uralic though. Perhaps, nearly equal mix of Central Europeans caused such a thing. You know heterozygosity is smth like bless.

Today's Turks, it's yes. It's common among Eastern Turks especially. But, real Turkic people didn't had it before settling Anatolia. They were mainly turanid variations from core Turkic people+Iranid, nordo-iranid, pontid mixed from defeated Scythians, Tocharians, Wusun etc.
