My Update


I have no idea where the Norway came from as I have no recent ancestry from Norway, I am guessing that it must date back to Viking times, I am still pretty Celtic but I am a bit disappointed that I don't have more Scottish GC's as my direct line is from the Isle of Tiree and I have a lot of ancestry from the Highlands of Scotland, such as Inverness and Highland Perthshire, not to mention that my Great Grandmother was from the Isle of Lismore, I also have a fair bit from Galloway in SW Scotland too which isn't a GC either, the Irish GC's are spot on but even there I should perhaps have had a Fermanagh GC. Overall my update is probably fairly accurate, most of the DNA tests put me as about 82-90% Celtic with the remaining 10-18% being assigned to a Germanic population.

I have a ton of recent north German ancestry but keep trending more and more Scandinavian with each update. I know my grandparents were from western Norway, so that's expected.

Yeah like 12,5% to be precise. I know that no German gets 100% German, especially Sudetendeutsche but me having 0% is absurd in my opinion.
