Look better than ftdna regions for Europe.

I'm surprised I didn't get the Midwestern United States/German estimate.

Yeah it comes from my Grandmothers side who is from the Palatinate region - apparently quite a few Germans from there immigrated to the US a couple hundred years ago.

I just saw that my ftdna results match my ancestry results exactly, every percent and region is exactly the same. That's weird...

Agreed. Ancestrydna updates have been getting more and more inaccurate and broken apart it seems

For sure. The only way that could be true is if my dad was Transylvanian-Saxon and I'm almost sure he is not. Unless AncestryDNA goes back a lot farther than 23andMe, I think their Romanian results are way off. They nailed the Irish part though.

If I remember correctly, you scored little or no French and German on 23andMe, right?

So they got the Irish communities/regions correct? Obviously the total score being around 50% is spot on.
