Canadas Conservative Party can be split in two in the English sense:

Blue Tories are neoliberals (no social conservatism, like Scheer) and
Red Tory (communitarians, mild social conservatives and fiscal conservative).
They have no High Tories (traditional conservatives) in power.

In the continental European sense something like:

Its neoliberals and liberal-conservatives. No classical conservatives.
