I think whiteness is a social construct somehow. A Muslim, Bosnian with robust Nordic phenotype can be called sand nigger by stormfronters or WASPs, meanwhile a swarthy Serbian or Sicilian could be considered white. I think you got the gist. From biological stance, there is no white, but Caucasoid.

He looks Balkan IMO so I would say yes. However, in USA, the might be mistaken for Latin American because most white Americans are descendants or Brits and Germans, who look a bit different from average Balkan person.
