If I haven’t seen the video, I would assume that it has been written for a woman and that woman is called as “Germany” in the song. By the way, the song seems to be criticising rather than praising. Therefore, I would say the band is criticising some historical events and moments by the song and its video clip.

Fucking lol. First of all the they're obviously not left wing. The beginning of the video says it all. Leftists don't care about history and you probably interpreted it right. Anyway, I don't really like their music but the song and video for Amerika was brilliant.

They are ot far left but I guess they have left-wing tendencies rather than right. Why I think like that is because they have a very popular song called Links 2-3-4 in their legendary album Mutter.

Even neopagan folk bands like Wardruna, Arkona etc are left. You can't exist as a popular band as openly right. Metal is right, bands should look left to exist.

Blondie, I agree with your interpretation of this song. I watched this video moments after it was released on YouTube and the opening scenes in the Tuetoberg Forest caught me emotionally and released Jungian folk memories of triumph within my soul.
Their song Amerika is great because as a nongeneric American (Southerner) it criticizes the homogenization and gross consumerism of the USA.

This song is pure criticism of the multicultural society

It is not crystal clear that this song is a criticism of multicultural society. Without the video, it seems or sounds like it is written to a woman, whom Till Lindemann might have called as Germany. When the video is added, it seems and sounds like ot is written for their own country but still not clear what they criticise but most probably they are criticising several incidents in German history, such as Holocaust.

Not everything has to have a label so machines can learn and be steered to a direction. It's like a taboo band with unique music style cant put labels on that stuff and thats Rammstein IMO.
