That's not how genetics work.
You would need to actively breed humans away from possessing any recessive traits or manipulate their DNA to take the blue/green/purple/etc eyes out of the pool. Families with all brown eyes still make green and blue and so on just fine. Possessing recessive traits simply means they will not show unless the right DNA combination is passed with them. It would be impossible for humans to all have brown eyes at this point, especially since people would use DNA tech to manipulate their eyes to be whatever color they or their parents felt like.
