Not my type. Her head is too small. Even among Finns, most people look foreign and wrong, and a minority of people look familiar and right, but she is not one of the minority.
In some pics like this, she has scary-looking eyes with dark eyelids. Like in most people with dark eyelids, her skin also looks yellowish and dark.
Laura Lepistö, who is another Finnish figure skater in the photos below, looks more cute. She has a more round face, larger cheekbones, a larger mandible, less prominent eyelids, and higher canthal tilt. She also has a wider and more concave nose, and the bridge and root of her nose are lower. Also her skin looks less yellowish.

Here you can see that Kiira Korpi also has a pretty weak mandible:
However compared to Laura Lepistö, her chin is longer and more pointy:
Kiira Korpi looks more Nordid, but Laura Lepistö has the East Baltid combination of a larger mandible and a smaller chin: "The East-Baltid jaw is wide and heavy, but not prominent, and the chin is somewhat receding." (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/index2.htm)
Kiira Korpi also has a higher forehead than Laura Lepistö. People whose face is more elongated tend to have both a longer chin and a higher forehead. I used to think that a high forehead was a positive characteristic, but for example in these morphs of Swedish football players, I think the morph of players with a short forehead maybe looks better:

Is she a typical Finn? She is beautiful. She looks like a lot of pretty American girls from the Northern Midwest states (when they don't get fat).

7/10. She's pretty but there's something about these slightly off-Caucasoid phenotypes that doesn't really appeal to me personally. It's hard to put my finger on what or why, though.
