Jews did absorb a lot of Indo-european blood. That's the reason some have the notion of them being Euro looking (this and some Europeans accepting Judaism while not mixing genetically), while the truest Jews remain Semitic looking.
Balkan region is already a mix of Southern, Southeastern, Central/Western, Northern and Eastern European markers, so Jews with ancestry from this area can display any of these traits.

I was pretty clear - the stereotypically Semitic looking ones in terms of phenotype (those who show Orientalid features).
Culturally it's probably Mizrahi Jews who come closest to it:
