To be honest, i don't think it would be that different, you must not forget that all abrahamic religions are essentially the same, Europe would have a muslim martin luther instead of a christian one. Europe never have been 100% christian anyway. it's always have been a blend of pre christian culture and the judeo-christian values which are also shared in islam.

If Europe were Muslim, there would be nothing that has reached European civilization in the last 1500 years based on older civilizations. There would be no flourishing in the visual arts and music - Islam forbids the portrayal of humans and animals and music other than Islamic religious. Given the woman's place in the Islamic world, it's even hard for me to guess.
