I think if Europe had been Muslim instead of Christians, they wouldn't have population problem. Islam gives people fertility. It keeps family structure alive and strong.

To be honest, i don't think it would be that different, you must not forget that all abrahamic religions are essentially the same, Europe would have a muslim martin luther instead of a christian one. Europe never have been 100% christian anyway. it's always have been a blend of pre christian culture and the judeo-christian values which are also shared in islam.

Actually true, if Islam would spread in Europe instead of Christianity it would be much more reformed.
