I live in Europe so I use UK/European English, and the term 'wog' is racially offensive in European UK English for Indian people and other non-white people, so we rarely use that term in the UK.

Some racist English people still call Black and Indian people as 'w*gs' and 'golliw*gs' as a racial insult, of which they can be prosecuted for using that racially offensive term.

I can't repeat what he said as it's racially rude language that may offend people, and people can get into trouble if they say it in the UK, but if you read this news article

Wog is a slang word in the idiom of Australian English and British English. In the UK, it is usually employed as an ethnic or racial slur, and considered derogatory and offensive. In Australia, it tends to be applied to a wider range of people, mainly the Mediterranean countries and although it may be used as a slur, to some extent has been reclaimed and is used as a self-descriptor.
