For me it does. And yeah Croatia is part of wog zone. Nothing wrong with it.
Btw not all central Europe is above 50% light eyes. France is on wog borderzone too.

It depends on the definition of wog, for me being a wog is rather a matter of facial features and cranial measurements. The "lightness" comes after that.
