Japanese are the best ones, not only because of higher quality but also because they are based on realistic parapsichologic concepts, not like the Americans which tend to be complete non-sense or very cheap copy of the Asian ones.

In my opinion The first 2 Conjuring movies are excellent. As above so below I think it was received with mixed to average reviews, but I really enjoyed it, it actually creeped me out in many scenes, It had an interesting concept/story, decent acting and the ending was a breath of fresh air to what happens usually in the endings of horror movies. The Rec movies are really good ( well the first two) but they are from Spain so u would have to watch them with subtitles. The 1999 Blair Witch project is excellent as well, Hell House LLC is extremely interesting, kind of original and it pretty good but towards the end it get a little ridiculous but still recommend. And finally I would say the first 2 Insidious movies are pretty good/Decent. I love horror movies so if I think of anything else I'll let u know!
