Evangelion Is Like A Metaphor Of A Body & Soul Relationship

It is good to see the anime Evangelion as a metaphor which Shinji could be your soul and your body the robot.
But before i would like to say something that we can have a basis on: In pentecostal evangelicalism there is the belief that if an individual purify himself, he can be baptised by the Saint Spirit, which is an state that can turn someone capable to see and do supernatural things as if it were normal.
So, in this case, there is many reason that block us to accept our body( specially the plasures of life), we are thinking all tudo time, these thougts can appears as very real and that makes us suffer in a deep angusty but if we accept the mission to take care of the body that God has given us, we will see that these thougt that perturbate us are just illusions and that the truth is in what we can do with our bodies, we will live a more risky life but we will be free of worry.
The baptism of the Saint Spirit also makes that possible. It is like when Shinji decides to pilot the robot.
And the biggest motivation to enter in the robot( body) would be the faith. Specially the faith that we can we still have hope in life if we thank for the body that God have us and make the best use of it, which is the manifestation of Purity and love in all what we do. Pure love in thoughts, words and actions.

I am no aficionado, but even I know that, Evangelion, is considered one of the masterpieces of Anime.
