I know a bunch of fully English people for example, but they will still most likely score some German and a little Scandinavian like an English person in England. I don’t know percents at all, I wouldn’t trust self-reported surveys at all.

I doubt that they will be in a good number in the future, I have a good portion of my italian family who's in the US, if the 2nd generations married mostly italians, I'm really not sure about the third generation so the percentages of "full" italo-americans (and I guess the same thing for other europeans ethnicities) will drop rapidly, except in remote states.

If you're talking about pure White ethnic groups in America is probably not so high since White Americans are usually very mixed with one another. However, they're mostly purely of European ancestry, and finding a White American with some non-European admixture is pretty rare. It's not like say in Brazil or Argentina where the majority of the White peoples in these nations do have some significant Amerindian and/or SSA admixtures.

Don't know the percentage, but there are still some, like Ariana Grande and Vicent Martella, for example, fully Italian-Americans.
