Appearance is definitely important to women. If any of them say she sees heart prior to the appearance, she's lying. She wouldn't give a chance for someone who she doesn't consider physically attractive to show how good and kind they are.

It's not at all about being good and kind, unless you want to be friendzoned or just cut off. Self-confidence, charisma, having a game with women, treating yourself (and not her) as the prize, being motivated to achieve something and having other women interested in you are real stimuli for women to be into you. Even then most won't make the big move and it's up to you, 'cause that's how reality works. If she's acting disrespectfully you need to be able to calmly but firmly put her in her place. This is what makes women respect you.
