Yes, yes they are. I prefer long black hair over any other though. Yellow is a prettier colour than black but black just has an appeal like the woman is rich with goodness versus yellow being due to deficiency in melanin I think. Same with light eyes that tend to be more beautiful, but it represents weakness. Same with Mongoloid hair that has no resistance whatsoever as compared to Negroid hair, with mine being in between. The weaker, the more beautiful, apparently. I have a black beard so I am glad I have brown eyes since those are the best match for black hair. Yellow hair goes best with blue eyes I guess. Green are very nice.

I used to dye my long hair black and so did one of my sisters, and then I dyed it very dark brown for several years. I absolutely loved having dark hair and never thought I'd stop dying it dark... but after years of dying my hair dark, I decided to let my natural colour grow back as I got bored with it. A lot of musicians in rock and metal bands and goths here love to dye their hair black or darkest brown. I'm very familiar with dark hair dyes and I can tell when someone elses hair is dyed dark brown or jet black, rather than it being natural... as I used to do it a lot too. It felt like 'me' after a while even though it wasn't my real colour, but I just got so used to having long dark hair all the time.

I know another English female motorcyclist here with large blue eyes, light skin, and long dyed dark brown (nearly black) hair. I met an English female singer once who looked a lot like Lily Cole... same eyes, same face, tall, same build, same long red hair... I told her she looks a lot like her and she thanked me, but she told me her natural colour was actually blonde.

My English gothic boyfriend also dyed his naturally blond and wavy hair black like the night, dyes his lashes and brows black, dyes his moustache and goatee beard black, wears all black leather clothing, painted the walls of his home black ... and regularly has his shoulder-length dyed black hair straightened in salons. He's obsessed with his dark hair. It suits him well against his pale complexion, high cheekbones and massive blue eyes.

I don't know how many people are naturally dark haired here.... there's light brunette, medium brunette tones, and dark brunette tones.
