These Hapiru were common ancestors of Jews and Northern Arabs).
Not true at all. Arabs originated in the north(modern day Jordan, NW Hijaz, Saudi Arabia, and Southern Syria and Israel/Palestine) while most of the inhabitants of Arabia in ancient times weren't Arabs or Arabic speakers since they spoke their unique Semitic languages that is close but distinct from Arabic. Arabians are genetically very closely related to one another, but they're descendants from different Semitic ethnic groups that inhabited the Arabian peninsula before they got Arabized.

The Nabateans and the Qedarites were Arabs while the ancient Sabaeans and other Southern Arabians weren't Arabs,

Arabic was spoken mainly in Jordan, Southern and Eastern Syria, Southern Israel and some parts of Anatolia and Mesopotamia in pre-Islamic times. Northern and Central Arabia was mainly Arabic speakers while the Southern Arabia was mainly Southern Arabian speakers with some Arabs living in that region. Here's the thread on the origins of the Arabs:

The majority of people at that time were Aramaic speakers, yes, but it did have significant amount of Arabs living in the Levant, especially in modern day Jordan, Southern Israel, Southern and Eastern Syria and etc. The ancient Nabateans for example were Arabs, and yet, they used imperial Aramaic with heavy Arabic substrate in their administration and law:
