I feel closer to Poles than to Georgians. And if Georgia hadn't been a part of my country for hundreds of years the difference would be much bigger.

I feel one thing with Macedonia. I feel very close to Russians and Ukrainians

Poland is hardly a neighbour to me because Kaliningrad is too far away from me and I've never been there. But Poland historically used to be a real neighbour, yes. Also, a part of it was a part of the empire for a short time.
Concerning Czechs, Slovaks, and southern Slavs, it's a bit harder to say because I have a bit less information about them and we had a bit less contacts historically too. I think it would greatly vary from person to person. If not for the long shared history with Georgia, there would be no question.

Hmm in depends. For example Bulgarians and Serbians are very close to us but the Hungarians or Ukrainians not at all. I don’t feel close to them in any way. Then there is the linguistic group...here again it depends...it’s impossible not to feel close to Italians who speak such a similar language, and especially the southern ones...their dialects and expressions are even closer to romanian than standard italian is. Apart from that, south Italians have a pretty balkan mentality and lifestyle compared to the north Italians. The rest of the romance speakers are further away from us but i do tend to feel more connection to any of them than to any germanic nation.
