I had blond hair until around the age of 4, when brown undertones started coming through. By the age of around 7 My hair was a light brown / dark blond at best. Now, at the age of 16, it is still light brown / blond when illuminated.

No, I was not blond as a child. As a child, I have reddish hair. But then they darkened.

Almost all albanian children are in the childhood very light in terms of haircolor, which with years tend to get darker
Like for example i had blonde curly hair till i was 3-4 and then it started to change in the light brown i have now, the same was with my brother( he has even darker brown than me) and almost all of my cousins

I had blonde hair until 7 and then my hair gradually turned dark brown. I don't have any known blonde hair alleles though. Weird. It seems there's more to hair colour than a bunch of alleles.
