I’m not sure if you are referring to the Ptolemies exclusively or all Macedonian-Greeks in general, but many Greeks always inherited “a big nose” if you mean the latter. The presence of Dinarid among Greeks goes back way before Ptolemies in Egypt. Dinarid is known for having a big shnoz.

She was mixed Macedonian and Egyptian. She was not a pure Macedonian so yes.
