    Default Meditation

    I used to do meditation pretty intensely a couple years back, but got caught up in chasing the $$$ so barely do it, as a result I feel less happy and just more annoyed with everything and irritable. Anyone here have a regular meditation practice? Does it help you?

    Plz serious inquiries only. No ASMR crap or yoga class. Just hardcore deep thoughtless meditation

    Aromatherapy and Yoga really helps me.
    Put some essential oil in a humidifier and stretch out on a mat.
    It’s really calming and erases any stress or tension.
    What’s done in darkness will come to light

    I started doing meditation a month ago for anxiety. Nothing special about it, just focusing on breathing while listening to guided meditation videos/sounds. I would probably start doing hypnotherapy for some time too
