What do you think about your result? What about for pen=0.001?

I was wondering about seeing this with pen 0.001, but vahudao doesn't have it. Could you run it for me with pen applied, please? Maybe even add the German average to see if the fit improves.

Looks good. Did you use individual samples or averages?

What does TKM stand for?

I excluded outlier samples, that's why I generally used individuals. I also used averages if all samples look homogeneous.

T for Thracian, K for Kaspias and M for Modern (I did not use ancient samples).

I would suggest merging the Greek and Albanian components into one named something like "South Balkan" (since they overlap) and also add a Romani component as well.

You have significantly more Germanic than the average for this calculator. The results can be changed with adding new samples from Romania, Moldova, Eastern Europe and Central Europe.

I agree with you. What about Greek_North? They should stay separately? Or add them in this group as well?

Actually, I was curios about the Romani admixture as well. Because of their European ancestry, some people can have partly false Romani. That's why adding samples from South Asia could be better to determine Romani ancestry, IMO.
