White guilt is a concept of White people feeling guilty over the state in which Black people were left at because of actions done by evil Whites in History and the present. It has nothing to do with justifying the rape of a young girl. If some Whites believe it is ok for these (in this case Black) evil-doers to rape a young girl as a form of "reparations" (I don't even believe this is logical to begin with), they are retarded. But it doesn't negate what was done to Blacks Historically and that every person of African descent is owed reparations (which in an ideal world would come in the form of financial, technological and social support).
