None as they contain too much sugar which leads to diabetes and tooth decay. They also contain caffeine which is bad for the skin, teeth, heart, and hair. Many are acidic and carbonated which are bad for the teeth, and are sold in aluminium which is linked to alzheimers.

Sugar (such as bananas which are high in fructose sugars) causes a short and temporary blood-sugar rush... and then quickly leads to tiredness and lethargy afterwards.
Best drink for your organs, system, body engine, and bloodstream is filtered water.
