I don’t think so... his eyes are just hooded. Lots of Europeans have hooded eyes, and it can give them more of an Asian look sometimes imo

No, he looks euro to me. There are many euros with single eyelid. Obviously it's not so common like in East Asia but it's not so rare eighter. That not means that someone looks asian.
