Quite often, one can distinguish between gypsies from India and those "others".

Whether the E-V13 can be treated as ''gypsy'' haplo?

In Serbia, Gypsies in Vojvodina have the highest frequency percentages of E-V13. (Source, Serbian DNA Project)

What is your position? Is Roma exclusively those with H haplo or not? Can the E-V13 be included here?

Its a haplo not uncommon in Europe and common for example among Greeks too

The oldest samples in Greece are found in Dimini for example and are very old.

Anyway its a haplo which comes from e1b1 so it came finally from Neolithic farmers from the Levant or North Africa

The haplogroup is also found in an ancient Moroccan sample from the paleolithic period Grotte des Pigeons near Taforalt in eastern Morocco which is dated around 15,100 to 13,000 years ago:

10% of the Druze of the Levant belong to the E-V13 haplogroup thought they cluster with E-V12 and E-V22 rather than with European E-V13 which tells us that the haplogroup found among the Druze diverged from the ancestral haplogroup found among Southern Europeans like Greeks and etc during the neolithic period and not from the later periods.
