I have heard that women in Banja Luka are very beautiful. I was in Banja Luka, indeed very hard to find girl which is not attractive. Saw it from first hand. I have also met and know of Serbian girls/women from Serbia and Montenegro and almost all of them are very attractive. Maybe my experience is a coincidence, maybe not. Bosniak women also have a reputation of being attractive. My interaction with them was limited, but from what I have seen they are attractive on average.

In the East most of Bulgars and some of Greeks had good relations with Ottomans during Middle Age and some of their population absorbed among Turkish people and formed Balkan Turks. This is another part of the Islamization. But as opposite what you think, usually Greek and Bulgar people prefered to marry with Turk girls instead of Turk male / Balkan woman marriages. Haplogroup spreading proves it. In the Western Balkans there were no such a situation, Bosniaks and Turks didn't mix.
