A man who makes a child should be also guy enough to support it. In any case the child needs support, even if the woman divorced because of her infidelity, it is not the childs fault. That being said, the woman shouldnt be supported though and the guy needs joint custody and time with the kids.

In that case the children should go to the father, wouldn't you agree ?

Yes, unfortunately. But it was because of the northern area, which is filled with new arrivals: Liberals from DC and Asian/Hispanic immigrants.

Yes I agree. Or joint custody. Becaue even if the woman was unfaithful she still is the mother of the kid and has also right to see it and supervise it. Both have the right.

I disagree. If she was unfaithful to her husband, she made a mockery of her marriage and her family and should thus lose all rights. The only victims here are her husband and her children.

Wrong. They consider women's "needs" over everything else (as shown above) including the children. You may not know this but we have working hours here in the West which tends to match school hours. And since communities tend to hang together, it is not uncommon for children to wait at their grandparents. I know this is how it worked when I was a kid: I was at my grandparents place just down the street from the school until dad came in to pick me up. Western children are also very independent.
