I am "horse faced" - so no, thanx

Once ingested, bread and other baked goods can become a doughy wad that can possibly cause a blockage in the gastrointestinal system and lead to colic.

I think it's safe to say that Germans make the best bread:
This is my local bread which I prefer:

Sometimes my southern genes pull through and I like White bread/Pita too, especially Eastern Anatolian/Northwest Iranian variant

Dark rye bread (also much more healthy than any lighter breads).

''Rye bread contains a large amount of fiber and a small amount of fat. Compared to some breads such as white bread, rye bread has a lower glycemic index, which means it causes a slower increase in blood sugar than white bread after being eaten.[17] Nonetheless, it consists mostly of carbohydrates, making its glycemic load high.''

The best one is hand made (not those done by big industry bakeries) ... with using old > 150 years old sourdough bread.
