I agree. I don't have any issues with the thread, but I was just pointing out how unaware Iranians are in general about other Iranics. Compare that to Pan Turkism and Pan Arabist movements in Turkey and Arab countries. I was just trying to point that out the difference between Iranian mentally vs. their neighbors. That in Iran the level of Iranic awareness is rather selective and limited. Yes, Qajar sadly lost several regions to the Russians and the British.

Awareness may be less I agree, but Iranic groups have been very peaceful towards each other.
Compare this to Arabs or Turkic groups. Secular or royal Arab nations have fought wars against each other. Libya vs Egypt, KSA vs Yemen, KSA vs Egypt, Iraq vs KSA, Jordan vs Palestine and that is just in last 50 years. Similarly, all kinds of Turkics have had bloody conflicts with Ottomans Turkey historically. Azeris, Turkmens, Uzbeks all have fought bloody wars with Turkish.
While, if we exclude Saffavid-Hotak conflict then which two Iranic groups have ever fought against each other. We may be less aware of our shared origin but we are the most peaceful group in West Asia (towards each other).
