Born in 1991. I've always felt like I belong to some transitional generation (mid 1980s till about 1993-1994) or simply take an intermediate position between those born in the 1980s and first half of the 1990s. Children born in the late 1990s in Bulgaria (and I consider this to be the case in many aspects worldwide) had a very different childhood and teenage years from mine.

Born in 1992, as my name say. I have nothing in common with 80s, 80s are very foreign and alien to me. I am very much connected to 90s, films, fashion, early memories, political changes, war.
So I am pure 90s child.
For example, I am first generation (togheder with 1991) born in indipendent Croatia. We never experienced Yugoslavia or communism. We were born during war.
I also can't think of many films or artists from 80s I know, but I know all big films from 90s (Matrix, Fight Club...) or artists (Nirvana, Guns n Roses...)
Also, I connect very much to early 2000s (up to 2005) and I consider this time (late 90s/early 00s) my formative years.

Also, unlike 80s generations we (90s children) are first generations that started using PC and video games (Playstation, Nintendo) from quite early on.

1987 here. I was born and lived for more than 20 years total in the Crimea - one of the most conservative and "Soviet" regions of Russia.
I am connected by an invisible connection with the second half of the 80s, although the formation of me as a person took place in the 90s and the first half of the 2000s.
Most people born somewhere after 1993 are perceived as almost alien in outlook on life and in terms of behavioral patterns, I’m closer to the 70s generation than to them, and in appearance too.
I began to actively get acquainted with Western culture and the Internet only in the 2000s, and before that I mainly consumed only domestic cultural product.
