    Yeah, but the difference is exaggerated. According to the paper on Ancient Egyptians they ranged from 5% to 15% SSA and modern Egyptians range from 15% to 25%. Not an immense difference, they just had less than modern Egyptians.

    The bullshit spread around here that Ancient Egyptians were 0% SSA is a blatant lie.

    TBH from my experience Egyptians and Levantines have some overlap. Possibly more so than with the Turks
