This type of nose(Dinarid, Armenid, Keltic nordid. Baskid etc) came from the Steppe with indo-Europeans and spread west with bell beaker pottery makers

It seems that the Keltic Nordid types absorbed Dinarid influences mainly from Central Europe, you can read about it on TA glossary.

What I say is truth. These noses are rare in Scandinavia.
