I forget too, but I'm surrounded by people who do know stuff like this, and thus I have a bit of an idea of it

Can you explain the difference between the two?

it means something like im an asexual or in my case almost an asexual interested in platonic but romantic love with woman, but not sex.

To be really honest, I think that's how people would categorise themselves if they feel as if nobody is attracted to them or want sex from them. And I know this may sound 'harsh'. But you asked for our opinion anyway.

"Nah, I'm sort of asexual cos I have a low sex drive and I don't seem to be interested in anybody".

I know this because I had used this excuse to suppress or hide my sexuality. I know deep inside that I had strong sexual desire.
