Sub-ethnic 30% Cossacks in Ukraine?

Is it possible to create a sub-ethnic group of Cossacks in Ukraine? I would say that 70% of Ukrainians do not have ancestors of the Cossacks are Eastern Ukraine, Western Ukraine, Southern Ukraine and Northern Ukraine) and therefore it is necessary to create a sub ethnic group of Cossack in this ethnic-history region Zaporizhzhia

Because Ukrainians is a newly-established political unification-state, and anyone can call himself a Ukrainian. But only a person who has in the genealogy of the 17th century the ancestors Zaporozhian Cossacks can may call himself a Cossack.

Cossacks are Ukrainians but it is sub ethnic like Rusyns in Carpathian or West Ukrainian call them Galician. In North Ukraine calls them Polesians.

So part of 30% the Ukrainians should call themselves a Cossacks
