My German Uncle Slavic DNA

Almost all Germans had some relatives from eastern territories: Ostpreussen, Schlesien, etc which are Poland now. Germans often forget that and then are surprised with DNA results. Ask your uncle. Really, really all parents and grandparents were from Niedersachsen? (unlikely) Or was there indeed someone from German refugees from eastern territories? (highly likely).

Not that I am aware of, just my great grandfather was living in Brandenburg which is east Germany of today.

Im gonna get a DNA test soon, maybe I can find out more.
My Uncle used MyHeritage, I wanna do 23andme to see my YDNA too.
