This is the lowest of the low that humans had ever gone to. Is it just me or are companies are getting more and more greedy by the day? Like, how can anyone be not satisfied with a million dollars, let alone tens of billions? This is why capitalism needs to be regulated and controlled.

They know they can't win the war against the creative opposition so they try to use their money to snuff them out.

There is a problem of diminishing returns. The larger a corporation grows, the closer it is to monopoly, the less profit it generates per dollar invested. That's fundamental flaw of capitalist system which making it finite. So far bankers managed to prolong its existence by mounting ever-growing debt bubbles but nobody found a viable way around it. Hence the global crisis with inevitable financial collapse.
