Do ethnic Russians completely lack black hair? It is interesting. By the way, I heard he claims his ethnicity is Russian. I think he is Slavicised Armenian or Slavicised Tajik.

That hair is jet black, you almost never see that in Romania. He does looks somewhat Armenian or Azeri.

If he is mixed he could claim being Russian. Doesn't change the fact he looks like from Caucasus. Tadzhik is unlikely but possible.
