E person means online person. Or internet person. I saw on facebook some memes and some comments stating "e-girl" this "e-girl" or that "e-girl". And I first was wondering how someone can be a e-girl or e-human. But then I realised we are indeed e-persons or e-people because when you go online you create a own persona about yourself, you become a online character maybe different maybe not much different from your 3D real life character.
