That is not Timok, but whole eastern and part of central Serbia from Timok to the Morava rivers.
Timok is river in eastern Serbia near border with Bulgaria.

That map is false. There was no census in 1941, because Yugoslavia was in war, attacked by Germany, and looking in results of census in 1931, everyone can see that this map is false. 99% ethnic Serbian municipalities are described as 99% Vlach/Romanian.
Just look at Poreč and Mlava for example, and their linguistic structure.

Nobody in Romania is claiming Eastern Serbia. No Romanian state ever ruled over that area.

The only two claims still maintained by the Romanian nationalists are Northern Bucovina and Bugeac. Both are utterly unrealistic, as the Romanian population in those regions is only a fraction of what it used to be before ww2.
