North Africa wins, English women are probably worst looking women in Europe, but there are some nice exceptions.

Why the fuck am I am going to knock up a North African woman ? My IQ is about 125 not genius but still superior. The average IQ of a North African woman is 83.5 so knocking up one of those subhumans is out of the question. North African wins if you want your children to be inferior probably. There is a margin where they can still end up intelligent but I'm not playing those mathematical odds.
