No I won't cry. I don't have agenda I would just like to know real truth but it is not easy with so much agenda's around.

So I'm not expert for this but I see that if you compare Bulgarians and Serbs with north Slavs, Bulgarians have bigger distance to north Slavs compared to Serbs. Isn't that most relevant?
Also why would Montenegrins be more distant from Bulgarians than Serbs?

Serbs and Bulgarians aren't identical, just closest in this chart. Montenegrins underwent genetic drift, they are genetically isolated but Serbs come closest to them.

Serbs are autosomaly in range between Romanians and Moldovans.
