To be honest Im surprised at the high African admixture in the Bucaramanga reference population. Slave trade there was almost non-existent and the Medellin reference population scores a lower SSA admixture, why is this?

Is the Medellin sample bigger? CLM stands for Medellin, right?

Apparently the Pijao indigenous peoples from Tolima are highly mixed. Am I reading the results right? It seems they tested several indigenous communities.

What areas does NW Colombia cover?

Venezuelan indigenists are not very hapy with these tests. It is a test created by evil empire to attack venezuelan paradise.
