    Exercise regularly, get those endorphins pumping. Every other day go for a run/go to the gym.
    From what I've observed meds do more harm than good. Hang in there.

    It goes both ways though.
    Sure having a child preoccupies your mind but it also limits the time you have for yourself which can trigger the depression as well.

    You just have to find a healthy way of coping with it.
