    A lot of crap. I "meditate" like 5 hours a day without even realizing it and it does nothing. Only makes my problems worse if anything.

    Seriously now, turn to your family (I mean parents, grandparents, siblings if you have them). I realised one thing, only people who really care about you are family members.
    Spend time with them while you can. It's often most enjoyable time. I miss my grandparents so much now.
