The Wikileaks website published an email over the weekend from a member of the team that investigated the attack in the town of Douma in April 2018 that accused the body of covering up discrepancies. "Russia and its allies have seized on the email and an earlier document which both question the conclusion by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in March 2019 that chlorine was used in Douma, likely dropped from aircraft. "Britain, France and the United States unleashed missile attacks on three suspected chemical weapons facilities run by President Bashar al-Assad's regime after the attack. "It is in the nature of any thorough inquiry for individuals in a team to express subjective views,"

OPCW Director General Fernando Arias said in a speech to the body's annual meeting in The Hague. "While some of these diverse views continue to circulate in some public discussion forums, I would like to reiterate that I stand by the independent, professional conclusion" of the probe. Just nine days after the attack on Douma, with the OPCW inspectors still held back by Russian and Syrian officials, CBS News' Seth Doane made it into the town and to the very house where the suspected chemical attack took place. "All of a sudden some gas spread around us," one neighbor told Doane. "We couldn't breathe, it smelled like chlorine." Nasr Hanan's brother Hamzeh is one of the people who appeared in videos posted online by activists. Hamzeh was seen lifeless and foaming at the mouth. His brother told CBS News how Hamzeh had tried to wash the chemicals off of himself before succumbing. He also brought CBS News to the roof of the building, where a large missile still rested in a hole it appeared to have created when it struck. That shell, he said, is what delivered the noxious gas that killed his brother.

Perhaps the most serious charge against the White Helmets consists of the evidence that they actively participated in the atrocities, to include torture and murder, carried out by their al-Nusra hosts. Again not exactly. In every country political games are played not by individuals but by clans most resembling feudal structures. Since top clans have global interests spanning across borders a few clans from different countries form larger alliances and formalize them as global corporations. Since 1970's the world is being run by such corporations. Those are not just entrepreneurship entities, it's massive complex conglomerates involving factions in governments of few countries, factions in intelligence agencies, factions in academia.

So today describing global political processes with countries as main players doesn't give full picture anymore. It is outdated model that only works for some countries.

When I said British project I meant dominant faction of British elites centered around The City, with strong ties to Wall Street and massive lobby in Washington comprised mostly of liberals. They are strong and influential enough to play their own game and even turn US foreign policies in desired direction. They have tried to carve themselves a piece of the world which should've served as their own exclusive market. To establish such market they had to unify Arab world into one stable entity. Arabs are known to have tendency for quarrel so to ensure stability they had to be united around some project. The best candidate for such project was destruction of Israel.

Ironically the destruction of current Israel would be supported by many Orthodox Jews since in their prophecies the state should've been formed by Messiah. To them current state is some nuisance ruining their entire dogma so they won't mind it gone.

Now there was need for some radical religious idea to ensure the goal would be reached. ISIS was the very implementation of that idea. Its intermediate goal was destruction of every secular Middle Eastern state and final goal was unification of entire Middle East and North Africa into one massive Caliphate to crush Israel. But at the end it were Brits pulling the strings, sometimes through their cronies in US government and intelligence agencies.

Of course there were other players involved. Sultan Erdogan was playing his own Neo-Ottoman project but failed same as Brits. Conservative US faction was playing there too but their main interest seems to be fossil fuels. Obviously the winners are one Russian faction and Iran. US conservatives are willing to withdraw on conditions of maintaining Israel's safety. Some deal were made, I'm sure Americans did get something for it but it's impossible for outsider to say exactly what.

That's brief description of what happened. The real situation is far more complicated than most people know.
