Who knows. TNH found Belruskis to be blonder, but XP found Poles to be blonder. Coon also said Poles were blonder, so I'm leaning towards Poles.

Belarusians look more homogeneously northern on average (facial features, eye colour) but they are overwhelmingly brown haired typical for eastern europeans.

Yes and I think the same relationship is present if you compare Czechs/South Germans to Poles. More blond and dark types at the same time.

This is a matter of statistics but based on my personal observations in reality I'm pretty sure Poles are blonder than Czechs. I would be really surprised if it turns out to be the opposite. Don't think Germans are blonder than Poles either.

As for Poland and Belarus, I don't know - needs surveys to be done. Official info from authors using the same criterion would be great.
